What can a Python automation developer help with?
I help automate repeated data collection, reporting, email notifications and connections between business tools. We start by mapping the current steps and identifying which parts can be automated. The goal is a useful process with clear inputs and outputs, rather than adding technology without a business need.
I work with Python, Django, FastAPI and Google Apps Script. Depending on the task, a solution may collect data on a schedule, process records, update a database and send a formatted email report. I can also add an API or a dashboard when the workflow needs one.
Can you connect APIs and automate public-data collection?
Yes. I can connect services through their APIs, transform data into a consistent format and build scheduled processing jobs. For public-data collection, we should establish which sources are available, whether an API exists and what access is permitted before choosing a scraping approach.
We can agree how the process handles missing data, failed requests, duplicate records and notifications. Data volume, update frequency and the reliability of external sources all affect the design and estimate.
Examples from my work
- Public-data collection pipeline: automated extraction and processing at scale.
- Stock notification system: Python-based processing and email alerts.
- Copper and aluminium inventory tracking: scheduled collection and email reporting using Google Apps Script.
The stock notification project uses Python and FastAPI; the public-data extraction project uses Next.js and TypeScript; the inventory reporting project uses Google Apps Script. Together they demonstrate data-processing and notification workflows. We would define your own requirements and success measures rather than assume the same design fits every business.
How an automation project starts
Show me the current steps, the tools involved and an example of the output you need. We can use sample or anonymised data during the initial discussion. I will ask about the schedule, expected volume, permissions, who will use the result and what should happen when a job fails.
We then agree the scope, milestones and how to check that the output is correct. Hosting, third-party API charges and ongoing maintenance should be discussed separately so the running costs are clear before you commit.
Remote delivery for clients worldwide
I work remotely with clients worldwide. We can agree meeting times and a communication schedule suited to your team's time zone. If the workflow needs a web interface as well as automation, I can also help with React, Next.js and Django web development.
For an estimate, send a short description of the task, the data sources and the output you want, along with your timeline and budget. Avoid sending credentials in an initial enquiry; access requirements can be discussed once the project scope is clear.
How do I enquire about this service?
Email chiragrozaa@gmail.com or use the project enquiry form. Include the problem you want to solve, your current tools or website and your preferred timeline. We can then discuss scope and milestones.
