The Challenge
Fafadia Tech is a growing technology company that was running on an outdated website — slow, hard to update, and not reflective of their capabilities. Poor Lighthouse scores were hurting their SEO rankings, and the development team had to be involved every time marketing wanted to update a page. They needed a modern, performant site that non-technical staff could manage independently.
The Solution
I rebuilt the entire website on Next.js with static site generation (SSG) and connected it to a self-hosted PocketBase CMS — giving the Fafadia team a lightweight, fast, and fully controllable content backend.
